Refund policy

Digital products are delivered instantly. This is a short goodwill fit guarantee, not a free try-before-you-buy rental of the files.

If you buy in good faith, open the materials, and find they are clearly not a fit for you, email support@orangeink.consulting within 7 days of purchase. Include:

• the email address used at checkout
• a brief note on what you tried and why it was not a fit

We aim to process eligible goodwill refunds promptly. Refunds return to the original payment method; banks may take several working days to show the credit.

We may decline or limit refunds where we reasonably believe the request is abusive (for example repeated purchases and refunds, or using the product as a temporary library). Statutory rights, where they apply, are not affected.
